Police allege she arrived at his Escondido home about 6 p.m. on April 17, 2023, and Dale “appeared intoxicated.”

“Despite that fact, Rylaarsdam decided to spend the next several hours with Dale and engaged in fetish behavior at Dale’s request,” the affidavit reads.
The fetish encounter was to create content for her OnlyFans page. Now she’s charged with murder.

I think some people confuse kink with fantasy way too easily, especially stuff like sex hentai, where there’s no real danger or consent involved. I don't understand your post. MOO, this isn't about confusion between kink and fantasy. She should've known the plastic bag over his head was extremely dangerous, and to pay more attention. Plastic bags can suffocate and any parent should know that, her being a parent as well. This was a business transaction, he was her client, and she was negligent in her professional services. Perhaps it was greed that led her to take it beyond and into fatal territories. He asked for extreme things to be done to him, but she didn't have to take it so far that that he died from her negligence. She was not paying attention to what she was doing, maybe more concerned texting, sending photos, and her husband being turned on. I don't know, but her client died while she was busy doing other things. MOO, certainly she needs to go on trial. This is all my own opinion.

Videos allegedly found on Rylaarsdam’s phone showed Dale with wrists bound and wrapped in Saran Wrap from the thighs down. There was also pink duct tape around his mouth and head and a plastic bag over his head, Edwards testified.

The detective said the videos showed Rylaarsdam saying, “Maybe I should tighten up your neck,” and later recording herself with a motionless victim.

Text messages between Rylaarsdam and her husband were also presented, with the detective testifying that the husband expressed being “excited and turned on” by the photos she sent him. These messages were sent minutes before the 911 call was made.​
