8-year-old calls 911 on mom's reckless driving, leads to dramatic arrest

Officials said the Subaru was reported by an 8-year-old child inside the vehicle, who told 911 that their mother, identified as 43-year-old Camie Sorensen, was driving recklessly and looking for "water to drive into."

What an amazing 8-year-old! The child certainly seemed to know that they were in danger.
Hoping they are both okay, and hoping that the 8-year-old has good family folks who will take care of him (her?) until (let us hope) his mom is able to care for him.

That's a very courageous act on the child's part! I'm surprised the mother didn't do something really terrible, because she didn't want people finding out how she was acting.
