The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public’s help locating a missing man with a dementia.
Police say 64-year-old Allen Salois was last seen near his care home in the 4400 block of Northeast 38th Avenue on Monday.
Salois was last seen wearing black sweatpants and a gray jacket. He is missing his upper teeth.
Police say there are no signs of foul play in his disappearance. Due to his dementia, Salois is prone to getting lost. Otherwise, he is physically fit.
Police say Salois is able to communicate and knows his name.
Anyone who sees Salois should call 911.
