VANCOUVER, Wash. — Police are asking for help finding a 15-year-old runaway Oregon girl who they say could be the victim of abuse or human trafficking in the Vancouver, Wash. area.
A mother reported that her daughter, 15-year-old Ana Lizbeth Rojas Rangel, as missing back on Friday, August 4.
She was not responding to texts or phone calls, but law enforcement tracked her cell to an area near 19th Avenue and Sulman Road in Vancouver. When Clark County deputies and Vancouver Police checked the area, they were unable to locate Ana.
Based on new information, Hubbard Police said, they think Ana may be endangered and could be “the victim of physical/sexual abuse and/or sexual trafficking by an unknown male.”
They said she went home for a few minutes on Thursday, August 10, and left with a man in a white-colored mid-size tow truck with a light blue boom.
Police again tracked her cell phone to the Vancouver area.
