North Plains Police Searching for Missing Endangered 21-Year-Old Woman From Seaside

February 1, 2019 at 2:45 p.m.

Local law enforcement is asking for the public’s assistance locating a missing endangered 21-year-old woman who ran from her family in North Plains.

At 12:33 p.m., officers with the North Plains Police Department responded to the McDonald’s located at 9975 Northwest Glencoe Road. Family reported they had stopped at the restaurant while traveling from Portland to Seaside, where they reside.

While stopped there, 21-year-old Christina Almaguer ran away from the location. Officers, assisted by Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies and a K-9 unit, searched the area extensively but were unable to locate her.

Based on information collected, Ms. Almaguer is believed to be in crisis and a danger to herself. Family is concerned for her wellbeing and ability to make safe choices. She is not believed to be in possession of a cell phone and does not frequent the North Plains area.

Ms. Almaguer is described as a 5-foot-1 Latino female, with shoulder-length wavy brown hair and a septum nose piercing. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, blue tennis shoes and a multi-colored scarf.

Anyone with information on Ms. Almaguer’s whereabouts is asked to call non-emergency dispatch at (503) 629-0111.
