PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Nine days after he was last seen, authorities said the body of David Winter was found in the Willamette National Forest.

According to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, on July 10, after three continuous days of searching, Winter’s body was found at the bottom of a 300-foot cliff.
