A man with dementia was reported as missing in Southeast Portland on Monday morning, and the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in bringing him home safe.

• Earl Mills walked away from the area of SE 62nd Avenue and Hazel Street.
• Mills was last seen wearing a black jacket, jeans and a beanie cap.

• He was last seen around 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, 2020.
• He was last seen around 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, 2020. He was wearing clothing similar to that seen in this photo.
