PPB Needs Public's Help Locating Missing Endangered Man

On the afternoon of December 8, 2025, at approximately 1:30 p.m., James Moore dropped his wife off at a store in the Jantzen Beach area.

James told his wife he was going to spend time at a local deli while she shopped. James was supposed to return to pick his wife up at 2:45 p.m. but did not return to her.

James is an 89-year-old Caucasian man. He has grey hair, stands 6'00" tall and weighs 180 lbs. James was last seen wearing a blue or grey coat, a white and blue polo shirt, and possibly tan pants. James drives a black 2021 Chevrolet Malibu that has a temporary registration tag from Washington in the rear window and Dick Hannah license plate placards. Due to James' age and health issues, he needs to be located and checked on.
