Sheriff searching for missing man with autism and service dog
Jackson County Sheriff’s Office search and rescue teams are looking for a man missing since early Thursday morning. Johnathan Stillwagon, 19, was last seen on July 5, 2018, at approximately 3:00 a.m. near Howard Avenue (location corrected from initial release).
Johnathan has autism and is traveling with his service dog, a six-month-old tan and white pit bull terrier. He likes to be in the mountains and may be trying to get to the Prospect area.
Johnathan is five feet, ten inches tall with a thin build. He has shaved black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved button-up shirt and jeans.
Anyone with information about Johnathan’s whereabouts is asked to call dispatch at (541) 776-7206. Refer to case #18-13758.
