Details of disappearance
Leigh Bosch was driving from St. Charles, Missouri to Vancouver, Washington with her boyfriend in late December 2001.
She was traveling in a black 1991 four-door Nissan Infiniti Q45 sedan with temporary Virginia license plates X247-375 taped on the rear plate bracket. Bosch apparently separated from her boyfriend east of The Dalles, Oregon sometime afterwards.
She last spoke to her parents on December 27th, 2001.
She was reported missing to the Ada County, Idaho Sheriff's Department.

Leigh Ann’s boyfriend said they had gotten stuck in the snow near Declo in the area of a “National Forest sign” and someone pulled them out with a tow rope. He also stated that she got out of the vehicle in Boise and fled on December 27th.

However, her parents said they spoke with her early on December 27th and she was in Oregon at that point. Unknown if she had told her parents she was in Oregon or if that’s where her cell phone pinged.

I wonder who reported her missing, the boyfriend?
I guess Boise, ID (Ada county) is where she was officially reported missing from even though The Dalles, OR and Declo, ID are also listed as places she was last seen.
Sucks there's so much conflicting info.
