Circumstances of Disappearance
Luis Alvarado-Martinez lived in Salem and met with a male in Cave Junction on January 31, 2023. Alvarado-Martinez was driving a gray colored 2006 Dodge Caravan bearing Oregon license plates UXL590 at the time. They were going to White City where they were supposed to work. The following day (February 1, 2023), Alvarado-Martinez spoke with a friend via phone stating he arrived to White City, and that was the last known contact with Alvarado-Martinez. The friend allegedly contacted the male and he reportedly claimed that Alvarado-Martinez abandoned him in Los Banos, CA.
