The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

NamUs lists this John Doe's race as "uncertain" and hair/eye colour as "unknown", but the Parabon composite based on DNA phenotyping ( added in May 2021) seems to confirm that he was white, fair-haired, with grey or hazel eyes.

He was missing his upper incisor #8, which is one of the two upper front teeth if I understand correctly. I tried a NamUs search for white men missing before 1984 with keyword "tooth" or "teeth" under "distinctive physical features" but couldn't find any good matches (many have chipped teeth, but not missing front teeth).

The NamUs map location points to the middle of Portland, which can't be correct, as it says the remains were found scattered in a rural area.

See dental description: central incisor #8 was missing prior to death and there was no indication of restorative work, thus this individual would have had a very large gap in his smile.

Thanks! I haven't been able to access any pages on Doe Network in months, not sure why.

I don’t recall the name of the MP, but awhile back I thought it might be this man. I can dig if anyone thinks there’s a resemblance:
