Got this video from a source of Ammon Bundy getting arrested. Was told it occurred at a football fundraiser in Emmett. Bundy’s People’s Rights Network also sent out a blast text. We are working to verify more information:
Jail staffer says if he does bond out it’s up to Ada Co to set court date
From Gem County Jail: Ammon Bundy arrested on contempt charge out of Ada Co. He has option of bonding out at $10K. He’ll wait there over weekend if he doesn’t bond out & speak w/ judge Mon morning. They‘ll transport him to Ada Co when they want to pick him up
UPDATE: Gem County Jail staff confirms #AmmonBundy bonded out of jail last night. So he was given a court date by Ada County, because that’s where the charge is from. We will work to find out when his hearing is scheduled for.
