Details of Disappearance
Troutman was last seen at her family's residence in Gold Beach, Oregon on April 16, 2017. She has never been heard from again. She may be driving a black 2013 Ford sedan with the Washington license plate number BBG0879.

Prior to her disappearance, Troutman had rented an apartment in Stevenson, Washington, and Washington authorities are investigating her disappearance. Few details are available in her case.
