Found Safe OR - Tabatha Clancy-Wood, 8, taken by mother, Kelly Marie Clancy, Eagle Point, August 2018 *Arrest*

Tabatha Clancy-Wood, 8, is likely with her mother Kelly Marie Clancy. Clancy reportedly left the area in August during a custody dispute. On October 26th a judge ordered that Tabatha be returned to her father for full custody. However Tabatha is no where to be found.

Tabatha and her mother Kelly were last seen at an apartment complex in Eagle Point in mid to late August. They were set to travel to an amusement park in southern California. Kelly left her cellphone behind. Kelly was last seen driving a white Saturn sedan with Oregon licence plate 659DRB.

I always wonder in these cases if the child wants to go with the other parent or made to/tricked into it or too young to know.

I always wonder if there is a reason for it, perhaps no one will believe them about something that is going on that the child won't say anything out of fear or they are to young to be able to.

Deputies: Southern Oregon woman arrested after being found with missing daughter in Arizona

Arizona authorities arrested Clancy on a warrant for custodial interference. Deputies said details on her extradition are not currently available.

Clancy-Wood and her father are scheduled to reunite Friday morning.
