Theodore “Ted” Millsap was last seen near his Central Point apartment Tuesday night around 9:00. He is thought to be on foot, and a family member says he is a danger to himself.

Millsap has tattoos on his forearms — evergreens on his right arm and cursive script on his left. He wears gauges in his ears and is often seen with a baseball cap.

He’s likely to be near hiking trails, possibly in the area of Mount Ashland, or in the Applegate.

The Jackson County Sheriff's Office said Theodore's body was found April 2. Rest in Peace.
