Actress Karen Pendleton, who was best known for appearing on the Mickey Mouse Club, has died at the age of 73.

I grew up watching the original Mickey Mouse Club. They had a special theme for every day of the week, Monday thru Friday. Ah, memories!

We actually had this record. Bidin' My Time was on the flip side but this was my favorite of the two:

Aw, so sad! I'm only 28 but the Disney Channel did still air the 1950s Mickey Mouse Club and that was one of my favorite shows as a kid! It was on past my bedtime so sometimes I would sneakily stay awake to watch it! Karen and Cubby were always so cute.
