May I please ask a question?I don't see a thread on this boy.What more does anyone know on this boy.Matthew Cowan.How are they so sure he is a runaway?Where was he when he came up missing?

I agree.They probably are not.But maybe.Thank you for putting this thread here.I am very much looking into other possible cases before and after Kyron came up missing because of this sexual predator.I also care very much for the other little boy that was assaulted. Have they found out any more on this guy?Also were there any other sexual assault cases before and after Kyron came up missing.

There's a picture of this young man here without the glasses, and IMO he still resembles Kyron. (Looks like he could be his brother)

I was also interested in why they thought Matthew Cowan was an endangered runaway.He came up missing a few days before this other little boy was assaulted.I would like to find out more on where Matthew Cowan came up missing and where he was last seen at and his story.

Thanks to the OP for this thread. Having studied criminals, and working for defense attorneys for almost 20 years, yes, it is highly possible. It seems Portland has its problems, but, any criminal can travel, as they usually do, from state to state. I will not go into preachy mode and leave it at that. It is a very, very possibility. Even if not Kyron, perhaps others.

If a child (missing person) has been missing prior to 2008 IMHO I would post their thread here:
