I didn't want to stop reading her FB posts. She seemed like such a sweet girl. Her many animal posts show she was a very compassionate person. Unfortunately, someone without any compassion charmed her and then took her life when she broke from his control.

If I may, I am a Pennsylvania lawyer and PA does not have a ‘heinous’ grading for criminal offenses. The highest grade of crime is felony 1, with the other felonies being of the second or third degree. Then misdemeanors and lastly, summary offenses

District Attorney Stephen Zappala broke the news that Darby is also accused of raping a 17-year-old girl in Elizabeth Township just days before the murder. He's also accused of a rape in Indiana County earlier this year.
