Wilkes-Barre Police aren't giving much information -- no age, no description, no last seen location. Was she in a vehicle or on foot? It is always concerning when a pregnant woman goes missing.

Found a FB profile here that corresponds to a linkedin profile here. Overlap on education, Pizza Bella work in the Wilkes Barre area. FB name does not include “Gregory” but her FB unique link does. This looks like the missing woman, imo.

PA edocket has a number of records for an Amy Leigh Gregory in Kingston Borough in Luzerne County, DOB 1/4/1985. Still reviewing, but appears to be minor offenses like failing to move car during street sweeping, letting dogs run, traffic violations. If this is the same Amy Gregory, she would be known to the local police, imo.

If you look at the state judicial records there are some more serious charges for Amy Gregory, the last one of which resulted in a hearing to have bond revoked, but without a middle name I can't be certain it's her even if it's the right age and county.

Thanks for the heads up…I stopped scrolling after a dozen or two street sweeping and traffic violations.

As far as the more serious charge, yes, I see that now. Same first and last name, unspecified address in Kingston, same DOB, no middle name. She was charged with assault and harassment, offense date summer of 2018. Ultimately placed in first time offenders Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program (12 months), failed to pay fees, bond revoked, looks like she was in custody of Luzerne County Correctional Facility as of 10/13/2022; case now inactive. Will attach PDF if we can establish it is the same person. I tend to think it is because of the Kingston address. Obituary and white pages searches suggest there is a family home in that town for generations, imo. Let me see what I can find that fits with TOS.

Thorough review of Amy Gregory in PA edocket app yields the following:

Based on addresses and DOB, there is more than one Amy Gregory in the system.
There is one Amy Gregory who has aliases Amy L. Gregory, Amy L Gregory.
DOB for this Amy is 1/4/85 (one exception is a 7/20/2018 offense where DOB is listed initially as 1/10/85 but is listed subsequently as 1/4/85)
This Amy Gregory has a Kingston, PA address dating back several years with mostly minor offenses (except see above post re: assault/harassment charge) clustered around Wilkes Barre and Kingston. There is a civil case in 2011 with no DOB and address is in Pittston, PA

White pages search yields an address in Kingston for an Amy Gregory in her thirties at 46 S Loveland Ave. Prior addresses include Pittston and Wilkes Barre.

Facebook and Linkedin accounts (see links in my post 3 above) have a Pizza Bella (Wilkes Barre) and Fortis College (Forty Foot) connection.

According to Google Maps, Wilkes Barre and Kingston are about a mile or so apart, just across the Susquehanna River from each other.

From the little we know from the missing report, we have a woman named Amy Gregory of child-bearing age (who may be six months pregnant) reported missing by family to Wilkes Barre police.

I submit that the Amy Gregory, DOB 1/10/85 and address in Kingston from PA edocket is the Amy Gregory from White Pages with the 46 S Loveland Kingston address. And this is the same Amy Leigh from FB and Amy Gregory from Linkedin.

Edit: grammar

Here’s a question: she was reported missing to the Wilkes Barre City PD, but as far as I can tell, her last residence was Kingston, so was she living with family in Wilkes Barre, or was she reported missing to Wilkes Barre PD because that was where she was last seen, regardless of where she was living?

Good question. Isn't Kingston a suburb of Wilkes Barre? Would local PD consider it a part of Wilkes Barre?

When you hear a missing woman is pregnant, it’s definitely scary implications considering a woman is so much more likely to be a victim of homicide during pregnancy..I sure hope she’s just hormonal and getting out of dodge for a while..

There seem to be three different PD’s in the area: Kingston Borough, Wilkes Barre City, and Wilkes Barre township per my research. In most of AG’s offenses, it is Kingston Borough or Wilkes Barre City who are listed as the arresting agency, again per PAeDocket app.

Scrolling through her SM, she does appear to be rather…independent minded, imo. But if she’s pregnant and already has children, it seems unlikely to me that she’d just take off without a support system for herself and for her kids. So maybe she does, and it’s just not apparent to her family who reported her missing? All MOO.

Per her FB it says she’s a mom and I see what appears to be a son and a daughter https://m.facebook.com/amy.gregory.7737

Well, this makes things confusing. In addition, she's been gone a week with no news on where she actually resides, where she was last seen, and who last saw her. Surprised there has been nothing in the media. Do women just routinely disappear in that area with no notice?

It’s odd, unless there is reason to believe she left voluntarily? But then why file a MP report if you think that? Maybe so her kids can be taken care of? Idk. Flummoxed.

@Alethea , do you have time to jump in here? We have a missing pregnant woman who may or may not have disappeared voluntarily. She was reported missing by her family. She seems to have a couple of kids who are in the care of…somebody (unless they are missing with her). Is there a legal reason why her family would have reported her missing, even if they thought it was voluntary so that custody of the MP’s kids could be established?
