According to the link, the 13 year old purposefully shot his 9 year old brother in the head and will be charged as an adult. Hard to comprehend. Those who loved them both MUST be absolutely devastated. So many questions, so few answers.

This is just horrible. I'm surprised to see the killer is being charged as an adult. Normally it seems child murderers just end up in juvenile detention centers and at 18 they are released with their criminal records sealed. The details of this case must be particularly horrifying.
