58-year-old Lower Macungie woman found dead in her Fairways at Brookside condominium Wednesday died from “complications of a head injury,” according to the Lehigh County coroner’s office.

The manner of Desiree J. Wien’s death is pending “additional forensic testing and completion of the investigation,” according to Coroner Scott Grim.
