Missing, endangered child may be Allentown, Reading

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Philadelphia police are asking for help finding a child who may be in Reading or Allentown.

The Special Victims Unit says Princess Nova Jennings is three weeks old and was born with a serious medical condition for which she needs medical care.

She's believed to be in the care of her mother, Ebony Armstead. Armstead's mental state leads Philadelphia police to be concerned for the baby's welfare. They say Jennings is in need of dire medical care.

Armstead is known to often be in the city but also frequently visits Allentown and Reading.

If you have any information about Jennings or Armstead's whereabouts please contact police.
