Her boyfriend Edward Anderton, 25, also signed a federal plea deal, Greenblatt said, but did not give details. Messages left for Anderton's attorney, Larry Krasner, were not immediately returned.

A federal information released Monday charges the couple with conspiracy, aggravated ID theft, access device fraud, bank fraud and money laundering. An information usually indicates the defendant's willingness to plead guilty.

Girl had the audacity to march into court the other day in a University Of Pennsylvania sweatshirt. IMO, she took the latest credit card to set in motion yet another con. "I'm a whackodoodie who can't stop lifting credit cards".

A Philly reporter had found her in California working in a Starbucks handling credit cards several months ago. She's a spoiled, ignorant girl who wants everything NOW and refuses to work for it. Her punishment should be no contact lenses, no hair extensions, no designer clothing, and no manicure and pedicure. That'll do her in.

Chico, I had just read that in our paper a few minutes ago. "Clyde".

That guy messed up bad. He had a fabulous job. Ivy League education. He's the one who had access to the keys though in that building through his job which he got fired from.

Big mess.

An Ivy League graduate has been ordered by a federal judge in Philadelphia to serve four years in prison in a $100,000 identity-theft scheme.

Edward Anderton's sentence is one year less than the one for his glamorous ex-girlfriend, Jocelyn Kirsch.

The sentence for Kirsch, a former Drexel University student, is more severe because she continued to commit crimes after their arrests.

Would you like to take "bets" that is not the last we may have heard from her. She will do this again when she gets out of prison, I have no doubt.

Jocelyn Kirsch is back in prison.

She is scheduled for release on December 27th, 2020.

She is incarcerated at FCI Dublin in California.
She will then be under probation for 3 years.

Back in June 2012, she was arrested for shoplifting at a department store in Walnut Creek,CA
