I don't have access to the article and OCR is kind of caotic, but it seems that her husband sued her: "Gilbert ii Dehart 34 of 09 East Stewart Avenue Lansdowne is suing mrs Eileen t Dehart 32 of West Grove on the grounds of desertion they were married in new York on major Fellman new Warden of duty continued from Page one Arbod desertion september 5 1931".
This was published on 20th of February, 1934, so I don't think it's connected to her disappearance.
However, I found nothing about the fire, and that's weird. The photograph that appears on NamUs is clearly from a newspaper... There should be somthing. We don't even know if the fire was accidental or not.

The marriage record in question suggests her first name was actually Marion.
