The York County Coroner's Office has identified a couple killed Wednesday in a murder-suicide in Windsor Township.

The York County Coroner's Office was called to the 2000 block of Faversham Way just before noon Wednesday where they found Carol Heard, 80 and her husband, Robert, 83, dead of gunshot wounds.

The initial investigation showed that both had been experiencing medical problems and that it appears the husband shot his wife before shooting himself.
