Identified as Tim Rhodes, 53, of Conneaut, OH.

CONNEAUT — A badly decomposed body recovered last June in Pennsylvania is that of a Conneaut man missing for eight years.

Kristy (Rhodes) Santiago of Conneaut said the family received confirmation Thursday that it was her father, Tim Rhodes. His body was found on the Pennsylvania side of the Ohio/Pennsylvania state line, near Rudd Road by the railroad tracks, she said.
