OMG. This is horrific. Really horrific. I can't believe they set bail so low. Is that a normal amount for acts this inconceivable on a 6 year old?

ETA: How does LE prevent this animal from harming any other children while out on bail? And just how deviant does deviant have to be to behind bars? I would think raping a 6 year old repeatedly over a year and half qualifies. IMO

A person commits involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a
child, a felony of the first degree, (F1), when the person engages in deviate sexual intercourse with a complainant who is less than

Since the 6 year old Child did not consent to this terrible act,
the Child was an IN-voluntary participant.
