Garry Lee Keller, 73, was reported missing in July after last being seen going fishing near the DuBois Reservoir off of Anderson Creek Road in Union Township on July 1. Investigators said Keller has not been heard from since.

I can't find anything about him as an individua online - not unusual for someone in their 70's who may not do social media. No recent civil or real estate court records, just a listing for an address in Dubois.
