Found safe!

-On April 23, 2018, the family members of Gunars R. Zagars (55), reported him as a missing person to the Manheim Township Police Department. By May 1, 2018, MTPD determined that Zagars had left the Lancaster, PA area on his own volition. On June 30, 2018, MTPD learned that Zagars was found safe. He was removed from NCIC and is no longer considered a missing person. MTPD thanks all of those who assisted with this investigation.
