McIntyre had repeated episodes of contact with a 14-year-old girl and 22-year-old woman, both identified as special needs students. The assaults took place from 2009 to 2015.

McIntyre drove both students from their homes in Bucks County to the Vanguard School near Malvern, Chester County.
