In the summer of 2000, the city of Philadelphia searched 5 days for Iriana DeJesus- who was ultimately found in an abandoned house, raped and stuffed into a trashbag. The perp was only known as "Carlos".

This week, Philadelphia Police announced that a DNA match with a man who was arrested for forgery in Phoenix in 2004. He was sent back to his native Honduras.

If this pervert is back in the USA I hope someone turns him in. This baby was only 5 yrs old and he raped and murdered her. You know he hasn't stopped.

Years ago I had a friend who noticed that the suspect sketch in the Dejesus case resembled the sketch of one of the suspects wanted for the 1998 murder of Christina Williams, which is unsolved. He reported his suspicions to law enforcement and was told they'd look into it, but I don't know what, if anything, they found. Now that they have identified the probable murderer of Iriana, perhaps they can try to link him to other cases.

It is infuriates me that this man was in custody and the deport him without first running his DNA in CODIS to see if he committed other crimes.

Hi everyone! I have never posted in this thread before but have looked into this case for over a decade. I don't know how the FBI organizes or rotates the ten most wanted but saw he was sadly removed from it recently, and not sure if anyone knows why.

Generally, the most wanted list gets rotated at various times to bring publicity to other cases or someone drops off because there’s someone they think is more dangerous, or sometimes it’s an issue of lack of leads from the designation. It could also be because they believe a fugitive is dead or otherwise unlikely to be found.

Yeah, but when they took Robert William Fischer off, I felt like it was talked about more than this imo. Alexis Flores has remained a staple to the top ten for good reason and for some time now.
