Maybe, since he frequented that area for work, the scent the dogs were picking up was from earlier in the day, week etc??

I don’t recall any articles or the Bring Izzy Home Page stating he frequented that area. When you do inventory work like Izzy you’re usually all over the place. As his mom said within a 3 hour radius.

Plus, his sent stopped way across from Red Robin

But yet his body was found in the 200 block of Westminster Dr. Basically right where he went Missing.
