Thankfully the young lady this "homeless" creep.tried to abduct at knifepoint as she walked her dog was saved by two Good Samaritans. After news broke another woman in that as area got connected after she called cops on November 1st. Same.guy. They,'re checking on s third incident where a woman was followed by said vehicle for an hour by this vehicle that tried to get her to pull over many times.

Here's the thing. He isn't from Philly. He is from South Carolina. I searched him this morning and he has a ton of zipcodes in SC as well as several in Florida. Serial predator. My guy says he has raped and or killed women across the country.

Thinking he took advantage of the homeless encampment on the Parkway which just dismantled after months.

Thanks Filly! I was just starting to search him, checking dockets, whatnot. Am happy bail was denied. Curious to see if he is connected to criminal activity in other states.

He was an inmate in Johnson County, but it's a whole show trying to get info.

Googling his entire name pics come up for Sex Offenders in Cape Fear area. I can't see dabg names but I'd bet the band that's him on end bottom left.

He had so many zipcodes I had to give up today, but will go back to it tomorrow. Snacks you know that area. They just booted that huge demanding encampment. I worry as I go to a meditation class with girls live over there. Plus those parking l garages are so easy to grab someone in.

Philly girls be like ",You're terrifying me with your knife, but I have to fight back and we have Good Samaritan's b**ch".

How and where did he get a vehicle, and how many States did he rape women in. Special thanks to Good Samaritans holding him for cops.
