The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old Missing Juvenile Jay Skinner. He was last seen at 7:30 P.M., on Friday, March 25, 2022, on the 15XX block of Fairmount Avenue (Youth Emergency Services Facility).

He is 5’4″, 110 lbs., thin build, medium complexion, brown eyes, short curly black hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, red/black Nike Air Force1 high-top sneakers.

Anyone with any information on Jay’s whereabouts is asked to please contact Central Detectives Division at 215-686-3093 or 911.
