Missing Juvenile; WT-22-06905 Dispatched to Valley Youth House on 6-18-22 for a report of a juvenile that walked away from the facility and did not return.
Dispatch relayed that 17 year old Jayme Medina-Diaz walked away from the facility at approximately 430pm and has not returned. Dispatch further relayed that Jayme Medina-Diaz does not speak much English.

Employee that Jayme Medina-Diaz left at approximately 16:30 hours and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with black writing, blue jeans and white sneakers. At the time he left he was wearing large beats style headphones. According to information provided by the Valley Youth House, Jayme Medina-Diaz may be from the Stroudsburg, PA area. Jayme Medina-Diaz was entered into NCIC as a missing juvenile. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Jayme Medina-Diaz, please call the police immediately at 215-672-1000. Definitely! I wonder, though, if the teen might be headed into Philadelphia, since several regional transit lines to the city (bus/train) run through (or are close to) Warminster, whereas there are far fewer (if any) public transit options heading from that area to Stroudsburg.
