GUILTY PA - Jennifer Fitzpatrick, 37, shot to death, Philadelphia, 26 Feb 2013

Anthony G Alexander was about to turn 62 years old, and he had received a restraining order the day before he chased and murdered Jennifer Fitzpatrick with a shotgun.

Alexander was in front of Jennifer's residence as kids in the neighborhood were walking to school and that didn't stop him from firing and hitting her while she ran. Their 4 year old also witnessed the murder.

Colleen Fitzpatrick mourns her daughter and will now concentrate on raising her four grandchildren.

Jennifer Fitzpatrick used to work for and have an 8 year on again off again relationship with Alexander.
