Joe Flynn Jr. was last seen on March 22, 2020 after leaving his residence on Washington Street in Marcus Hook, PA.

The Marcus Hook Police Department has been informed that nobody in the family has had any contact with Joseph Flynn Jr. since that time. Joseph Flynn Jr. was reported missing to Marcus Hook Police on April 21, 2020.

Joseph Flynn Jr.'s whereabouts are unknown at this time and his father believes he may be in the Kensington area in the city of Philadelphia. Joseph Flynn Jr. has also been known to frequent the area of Claymont, Delaware.

Anyone having any information regarding the location or disappearance of Joseph Flynn Jr. are to contact Detective Dan Barnett or Ptlm John Kuryan or the Marcus Hook Police Department by dialing 610-485-1611 or 911.

Extreme long shot here, and is only based on one item. I do realize it's probably 99.99% not him. Sorry, but even if it doesn't fit him maybe it will ring a bell on another PA missing case (@Richrd will know)

This article says possible human remains (three bones and other items) were found this weekend above Ely Island in Conoy Township (which is not even in the missing's area) but in the list of items found with the bones is a fishing lure - and Joe's FB pictures show him walking on a pier with a fishing pole.

Not sure if I am allowed to post link/ reference this but saw on FB a Kensington outreach group located Joe in March of 2022 and had him call his parents, at which point they hadn’t heard from him in two years. They provided him with supplies, etc but he said he was not yet ready to get off the streets. He briefly agreed to go to treatment before returning to the streets. He seems to be alive just living on the streets of Kensington. I hope he stays safe until he is ready to come home
