The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 86 year-old Missing Endangered Person Josephine Minor. She was last seen at 9:00 A.M., on Monday, May 20th, 2019, on the 5500 block of Chancellor Street.

She is 5’2″, 120 lbs., thin build, brown complexion, brown eyes and black with gray hair. She suffers from dementia.
