The state police investigation into the death of Kevin M. Cagle, 19, of Williamsport, is centered in Lycoming County, first assistant District Attorney Martin Wade said.

That collaborates Montour County District Attorney Angela Mattis saying investigators believe that Cagle was killed elsewhere and his body dumped at the I-80 overpass over Creek and Mexico roads near Mooresburg

Williamsport, Pa. — A 52-year-old Williamsport man shot a teenager over the belief the teen ratted to police and had ties to a person who robbed the man's marijuana operation,

The murderer thought the victim was a police informant and possibly knew who was responsible for stealing marijuana from him (from rhe murderer). This poor kid goes over to a home he’s visited numerous times before and where he knows all the residents, starts hanging out and smoking with someone he probably considered an acquaintance (if not a friend), only to have the murder storm into the room and march him off at gunpoint. After being told he’s going to die, he’s made to get into a half-filled bathtub where he’s shot and stabbed, and then his body’s dragged down to a basement where the totally inept murderer tries to dismember him but fails. There was no evidence that the kid had been doing any of what the murder thought. I agree with the judge that this killer doesn’t deserve bail.

Heart breaking. I can't even imagine what was going through this poor kid's head. I am crushed for his family.
