Found first doesn't necessarily mean killed first. I feel like he probably took Kim with the expectation of robbing her/forcing her to pay her rent. When she couldn't or wouldn't, he killed her then returned and killed the roommate, who he maybe had left locked in whatever back room is being described.I'm just not sure about this case. Why is she missing?....a person was able to shoot an old man and then left the scene with Kim "Darlene"? Walter (Melvin) Heard is not talking I suppose. Bykerladi made a good point, saying she maybe was forced to go to an ATM machine. If she did, I'm afraid for her faith. She doesn't look like a lady with a lot of money to me. Who is cashing in rent with a gun at hand? There are a lot of robberies going on in that part of the city. Is Heard Jr. a drug addict, cashing in rent for his own benefits, without his father knowing? His father Sr. seems to be a very old man (in his 80's) if I'm right. Or is this his grandfather?
Such a petty issue for two people to die over. And how hard to live in that world, where you could be killed for standing up for your rights. I have the feeling he hated her as an uppity female and needed to show her he wan't going to tolerate it. Just my speculation though.Found first doesn't necessarily mean killed first. It makes no sense to kill a tenant in your own unit and leave their body there but he was probably angry.
