The 23-month-old girl died after investigators in western Pennsylvania said she was left in a car seat for 13 hours back in February. Now, the Fayette County District Attorney announced Thursday he would seek the death penalty against her parents.

This was torture for this little baby for sure! 10 pounds at 2 years old?! She should have been 10 pounds by 2 months old. They are taking this case serious - which I think all child abuse cases should be treated as. Thank you DA!!!

New Discovery Material Requested In Case Of Child’s Starvation Death
