Why was this guy charged with endangering and not aggravated assault? Jeesh.

This just broke my heart so 22-60 months is the going time for harming a child that will remember it for the rest of their lives? Not just ONE time, but THREE, the kick, the squeeze, and the punch. smh. What a sad world we live in

I'm so jaded. I'm almost shocked that the mother took the child to the hospital and that no one died.
