Missing Person From the 26th District

NEWS

On April 2, 2012, Manuel Vargas-Santos was reported missing by his brother at his residences on the 2400 block of Jasper Street. Manuel had left but did not state where he was going and has not been seen since. Manuel was last seen wearing a gray sweat shirt, blue jeans and gray sneakers. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Manuel Vargas-Santos please contact East Detective Division at 215-686-3243 or call 911.
