Bet the house. Bet the band. Friends and neighbors knew Mark Anthony Permenter aged 32 of Cumberland County drank some, but making child ? No way they say.

Well the Fed's say he did when they received a copy of vile photos from Permenter he took of "someone" having sex with girls under the age of seven:sick: who he babysat for.

Permenter was arrested at his girlfriends place, but had a different addy. People verified he lived with the girlfriend though. The girlfriend's brother said she had known this guy since 1996. So? Unless someone set him up which is highly doubtful I'm going to place my bet he's a real creep, and he can get life.

Also, Permenter has lived by my review in Michigan, Illinois, and a place called Dryersburg, Tennesee. Since 1996?
