* MISSING PERSON *
FRED KEARNEY 51yrs old, has been reported MISSING through the Altoona Police Department.
KEARNEY was last seen by his roommate in Altoona during the first week of January 2019. KEARNEY was also seen in Cumberland, MD on Jan. 4th, 2019 where he was working at a construction site. KEARNEY has not reported to work since and has not contacted his employer.
KEARNEY has only lived in the Altoona area for approx. 6-8 months and is originally from Warren, PA. He left all of his belongings behind in Altoona and his cell phone is not accepting calls at this time. He is also not responding to Facebook messages.
KEARNEY is to be operating a silver Pontiac sedan bearing PA REG: KBG-9293.
