Special Victims Unit Detectives are searching for a missing adult male.

43-year-old Michael Graham was last seen on Eccles Street on October 4, 2024. He is known to frequent several South Side neighborhoods and the Munhall area.

Michael is described as 5’11”, weighing approximately 170 pounds, with brown hair. He commonly wears a baseball cap.

From google maps and the news video, it looks like the remains are in someone's backyard. In the news footage, Medical examiners have the blue tarp in the japanese knotweed that partially covers the white fence so I'm guessing that is where they found the remains. You can deduce the fence was installed between june 2022- october 2022 via google maps images. In google maps, you can see the backyard from wellington street (june 2022). At that time, the knotweed was cut down and the fence wasnt installed yet. In google maps images (viewed from burham street) from october 2022, you can see that the fence was installed and there is a "beware of dog" sign.

Keep in mind that Luis Espinoza was last seen on 100 (or was it 1000) block of Sterling Street (He was coming out of South Side Park) on January 20st and his body found jan 24th. It would make sense if he was found on 1000 block of sterling street because the steps are incredibly icy. Also, the dog was found nearby too with his lease still attached.

Also on August 8 2015, Douglas Paczan was found dead with multiple stab wounds and blunt force trauma, his body was found on Pius Street which is all very close by (its all walking distance) There has not been any updates on this as well.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office says the remains found on the 2400 block of Burham Street on Sunday afternoon belong to Michael Graham, 43.
