Per NAMUS: Approximately, 12:30am on 11/20/2024, the complainant took an Uber to a sports bar to meet another individual where she then left this location with two other unknown males. The complainant never returned home, and is unreachable via cell phone.

I hate this type of disappearance. There’s just no way it ends well. Particularly after so much time has passed. Is there no video surveillance at the sports bar?

Agree. You'd think being Philly there'd be cameras everywhere -- it's not an out-of-the-way location.

There were two stories about her -- one in Univision/Puerto Rico and the other on Telemundo:

She was last seen in a bar at 3 a.m. in the company of several Hispanic males was the only newer bit of info this article had. Missing Person Normaris Colón Valles from the 7th District – Blotter

The Philadelphia Police list her as 5-6 and 190 pounds. The listed known weight with that height to me would make the last photo with (some hair color regrowth) likely the one depicting her accurately now as her face is slightly fuller than in the other photos. However, I don't think that picture is recent as you can not see the "distinctive chest tattoo" referenced in her missing info (enlargement of that picture attached). Hopefully there will be some additional info on the persons she was seen with or perhaps a notation of the license plate of the vehicle she left in.

was last seen on November 21, 2024, at approximately 3:00 AM at a sports bar located at 8200 Roosevelt Boulevard. She was last seen in the company of several Hispanic males, possibly traveling in an older model black dual-exhaust pickup truck or a grey BMW.

From google street view, there seems to be a surveillance cam pointing towards the parking lot but it is more towards other shops than the sports bar which is at the far end of the complex.
I cannot see other cameras, but this does not mean there aren’t

The NAMUS page mentions the unidentified person found in Delaware was wearing an Almost Famous brand denim jacket. When I looked at her TikTok there’s a video (1198 views) where she is wearing a distressed denim jacket that looks very similar to the distressed denim jackets made by that clothing brand (at least according to the images shown when I did a Google search).

My heart sank the moment I saw the distinctive tattoos and the description of their position on the deceased. I also agree on the clothing, as well as other details. Distance wise makes also “sense”.
I am so sad, really sad. We get to know the missing persons from their stories and social media, for us who care they become part of our daily attempts to help families.
I hope to see LE action soon.

The body found on March 4 was identified as 32-year-old Normaris Colón Valles. Police said officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of East 7th Street in Wilmington just before 6 p.m. that day for a report of a dead person in the Christina River.

It took nearly a month for investigators to identify Colón Valles as the person found in the river. Earlier this week, the Wilmington Police Department released new sketches showing two tattoos on her body with hopes of identifying her.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Wilmington or Philadelphia police.

Colón Valles' "decomposed remains" were found on March 4 after Wilmington police were called to the 1100 block of E. Seventh St.

On Monday, Wilmington police said a medical examiner determined the remains belonged to a woman between the ages of 25 and 35 years old. They also said there were "no immediate signs of foul play," but a cause and manner of death has yet to be determined.

On March 4, police said Colón Valles' body could have possibly been in the river since December. There weren't any signs of foul play, but her cause of death has yet to be determined.

Last year, the Philadelphia Police Department said that Colón Valles was last seen on Nov. 21 at around 3 a.m. at a sports bar on the 8200 block of Roosevelt Boulevard in the city's Rhawnhurst neighborhood. She was last seen in the company of several men, possibly traveling in an older black dual-exhaust pickup truck or gray BMW.

Last seen circumstances make me highly suspicious that foul play was involved in her death. Have they been able to identify the men she was seen with?

I agree with you @Knox , foul play seems to be involved. They called it incident for now, but I see at least tampering with a dead body, if not murder.

She was active on social media, family state she had no reasons to go off grid (and family knows better), but most of all she was a loving mom, IMO from the little we know and can deduct, she would not have disappeared voluntarily.

LE must have cctv footage with the said latino men, right ? I hope that by now given the time elapsed, they know who they are. And I hope this case will get the attention it deserves.

One thing puzzles me: the clothing and jewelry description before and after:

Last seen:
Clothing
White one piece romper, brown sneakers

Jewelry
Hoop earrings

Unfortunately the UNMP page is gone and I did not copy the exact description of the clothing found which included a denim jacket and a different type of earring.

There is a big difference between a truck and a BMW. What’s that about?

I think the men left in different cars and LE is not sure in which of the cars she went into and with exactly which of those men she left with.
Someone in her entourage must know which friend she went to meet there though, supposedly these are men known by this friend…
