PA - Orlando Martinez, 54, realtor, shot dead in car outside home for sale, Mayfair, 27 Oct 2018

Orlando Martinez, 54, was found in the 4500 block of Oakmont Street around 11 a.m. Wednesday. Martinez's car was parked outside of a home for sale that he was showing to prospective buyers. Investigators believe Martinez was shot inside the car by someone he knew. Robbery does not appear to be the motive because he had all of his belongings on him.

His business was in PA so it sounds like he was there legitimately. Not known to police.

If he was waiting to show the house to prospective buyers, did they ever show. The article said he was in his car (shot) for most of the day on the 30th!
He wasn't discovered until his family reported him missing.

He was still alive when the police got to him but he died later at the hospital.
I wonder if he was able to talk. I sure hope so.
