Clothing: Black bra; Yellow jacket, pink panties, green pants, and a blue shirt
Jewerly: white metallic like ring with all stones missing on her left ring finger
Footwear: two white shoes, two white socks
Accessories: 1 pierce in right earlobe and 2 pierces in the left earlobe; syringe, glassine packet

Weirdly, she resembles Daphne Jones missing from New Orleans earlier that month. The reddish brown hair, the yellow jacket, white sneakers & ring. But the circumstances, tattoo & weight are far off. She does not sound at all like she was doing drugs. Also reportedly 2 months pregnant.

Little too young I think. She would have been 18 y.o. in 1999. Also she has a lighter complexion than "Tara" and her circumstances say that she is an endangered runaway, although her mother says that she was a "normal teenager".
